I made visuals for 48 hour project, short mysterious point-and-click adventure Family roots. The art is inspired by Don’t Starve and Limbo.
GRAPHICS FOR MINDER GAME
For Global Game Jam 2022 I formed a team with Chao and Max and during one weekend we created a prototype of a game which we would love to finish even after the end of the event.
Minder is kind of a dating simulator game. As a player you are pretty much substituting an algorithm of a dating app. You are supposed to match people together based on their bio and create an ideal couples — better dates means better app score. In the future we might include more comprehensive text reports and whole stories for the couples.
I am the one who is responsible for the whole visual. The logo and UI design is based on visual of Tinder dating app. I think it is a funny joke, it is an environment which is generally pretty well known and it gives the player an idea what is the game about.
Avatars are drawn that way so you can combine their individual features together and made XX more by doing so.

STRAWBERRY HELL GAME
In my work I often tend to fight my demons with an exaggeration. I have decided to portray my personal hell in a game. I was inspired by right panel of The Garden of Earthly Delights by Hieronymus Bosch. I created an absurd characters who represents things I do not like or I am scared of. I chose pixel art as a link to my personal growth – back then I was growing as a player, now I am growing as a creator in the same environment.
The result is a playable demo, the final game is not finished yet.
